Work at VitroLogicBioprocessing Technician
As a Bioprocessing Technician, you will be isolating blood components and cells in a regulated facility. You will be responsible for following customer specific operating procedures, along with internal standard operating procedures. Responsibilities will include blood component separation, aliquoting, cell isolation and packing for shipping, along with maintaining records and following all the necessary steps to comply with regulatory requirements within a current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Using complex laboratory equipment to isolate and test cells
- Operating bench-scale cell culture using aseptic techniques and maintaining cell inventories
- Operating centrifuges and other equipment in processing/separating blood components
- Preparing solutions used in the isolation and separation processes
- Cleaning equipment for production
- Maintaining refrigeration/freezer monitoring throughout the facility
- Occasional lifting up to 40lbs
Educational Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences/Engineering, Associate’s or Biotech certificate or equivalent experience
